Telexpreso - Your direct contact with Triple-S Salud - Group Administrators and members can solve more with this convenient assistance line, which lets you perform a variety of transactions thru the phone. You can verify a claims or pre-authorizations status as well as ordering id-cards or payment coupons.

Service Centers - We have established Service Centers at Shopping Centers with extended schedule during week days and it's opened during weekends. Also, we have Regional Service Centers at Caguas, Ponce, Mayagüez and Arecibo so you can visit us at your convenience.

Teleconsulta - Your 24 hour health line - Triple-S Salud members have free access to this health orientation line.  You can call if you feel sick, if you are injured or if you need health information. Nurse professionals will evaluate your condition and with the help of a program designed by doctors, you will be recommend the proper level of care that you should seek, at home, visiting your doctor or at the emergency room. Teleconsulta is a service Triple-S Salud provides exclusively for its insureds. This service is managed by Mckesson Health Solutions, an independent contractor that renders health orientation and information via telephone.

Teleconsejo de Quickhelp - provides employers a tool to improve the efficiency at workplace, helping your employees that are affected because of personal, emotional, behavioral or mental heath problems. Also, with the Managerial Support Line managers and supervisors can count with a guidance tool for work problems handling or supervising matters. Quickhelp is a Triple-S Salud product managed by Ceridian Corporation, Inspira Mental Health and Lucy López Roig EAP, Inc., independent contractors that offer emotional and mental health services to the insureds.
